While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reproductions and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reproduction or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order.

Cases where we cover the Reprinting cost (Reproductions) or Refunding:

  • Faulty printing: In the event of issues such as blurry printing, color loss, or distortion not in line with the designed sample, …
  • Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are any spelling errors on the product, we will take responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
  • Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
  • Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product in your order.
  • The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request from our customer service:

  • You must submit a request for a return within 30 business days after you receive your goods.
  • After 14 business days, no return will be accepted. Also, if goods are returned prior to submitting your request, those goods are forfeited.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We will send you return instructions separately by email.
  • You must submit a request for a return within 14 business days after you receive your goods.
  • It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your refund.

Products at Keeptee are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect print selection for the product.
  • Choosing an inappropriate size for personal needs.
  • Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. (for custom products)

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 2 – 3 business days to handle 

It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.

By placing an order through Aariame store you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA) country.

A. Return policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us by sending emails to [email protected], we will reply to you within 24 hours in accordance with the following Return Policy:
+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package.

B. Return process

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged and wrong products or issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size ordered or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected].

E. Restoking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

G. Return shipping cost

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, or not correct products, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.

H. Not accept a refund

Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

Warm Notes: Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address and phone number, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
